Ordering and Payment

1What are my payment options?
We accept Visa and MasterCard payment via Stripe. As well as Bank Transfer and Offline Transfer.
2After Bank Transfer is done, what should I do?
Kindly take a clear snapshot of your ATM Fund Transfer Receipt (including order number written) or an Internet Banking Transaction screenshot and send it to the chat room, we will respond to you asap.
3What if I paid/ banked in extra?
Any change owed to the customer will be kept for the next purchase valid for 6 months.
4Can I amend my order or delivery details after payment?
Once an order is placed, we're unable to edit or make changes. However, you can contact us at 012-3987269.
5Can I request my order to be delivered to 2 different addresses?
We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order separately for each unique address.

Return and Exchange

1What if I ordered the wrong item? Can I exchange?
No, we do not accept exchange of items due to hygiene purposes.
2What if I received defective items?
Notify us at 012-3987269 within 1 days upon receiving, we will evaluate the issue. If a refund is approved, return the item to us within 7 days, cost by the sender.
3Why does the colour look different?
Color of products may vary due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real products as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter.
4What if the size doesn't fit me? Can I change it?
No. We don't allow exchange for sizes.
5What if there are wrong items when I receive my order?
Please contact us at 012-3987269 within 1 days upon receiving and quote your transaction reference number. Return the item to us within 7 days, cost by the sender.

Shipping and Delivery

1When will my order be shipped?

Orders that are placed after 10 am on shipping day will be processed and dispatched on the next shipping day.

* Shipping day - Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (except public holidays and considered the next working day where applicable).

2How long does it take for my order to reach me?

Delivery lead time for Orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 3 - 5 business working days.*
  • Sabah & Sarawak: 7 - 10 business working days.*
* Your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcels in a post if proof of postage is supplied.
3What are my delivery charges?
All delivery charges will be auto calculated by the system according to the final parcel's weight, size, and delivery destinations.
4What happened to my unclaimed parcel?
In the event that your order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, the full postage cost of redelivery will have to be borne by the customer.

Use and Care

1How do I clean my yoga mat after use?
All you need is a wet towel and a little water.
2Can I wash a yoga mat with washing machine?
No, do not soak or submerge in water or use any type of soap for cleaning.
3Where should I store my yoga mat when not in use?
Do not leave the mat exposed to direct sunlight. If wet, allow the mat to dry before rolling up.
4Any warranty for the item I bought from QD Sport house?

We do not provide warranty for wear and tear items like yoga mat, apparel, yoga wheel except electronic products.

** Fascia Massage gun comes with 1 year 1 to 1 warranty. This warranty does not apply to damage that QD determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than QD authorized personnel, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents.
