Hi everyone I am Qian, a Yoga Instructor.
Yoga for YOU & ME at the present which look into the symbolism that embraces Yoga philosophy and its' principles. Yoga in short definition is about strenghtening our mind, body & soul. Together it creats strength, balance, flexibility, awareness & relaxation of the body through a series of postures to improve the respiratory function & heart rate. It also enhances blood circulation as well as our immune system. Practicing yoga regularly can relieve our mental & spiritual stress to produce a form of calming effect to maintain a good healthy lifestyle. It is a traditional method of training our muscles throughout our body by stretching.
In the year 2015, I have fulfilled my 60 hours Dynamic Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Taiwan Sivananda Yoga Studio.
In 2016, I indulged myself in an intensive course RYT 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training, Tantric Hatha Yoga in Bali's ZUNA YOGA.
In 2018, I furthered my yoga intensive course of 40 hours Airflow Yoga & Pilatates Teacher Training in JW AIRFLOW YOGA. Also in 2018, I completed the 100-hour teacher training course & the 18 hours Advanced Iyengar Hatha Yoga in Taipei Sivananda Yoga Studio.
In 2019, I completed the INNER ZEN WELLNESS EDUCATION INTERNATIONAL certificate of qualified Singing Bowl Sound Therapist.
